Encountered Issues with KYC
Currently, among the countries and regions supported by XPIN eSIM services, only Hong Kong and Taiwan require KYC. If the KYC link does not automatically appear when you activate your eSIM service, you can click Here to undergo KYC verification.

After setting to eSIM data, reboot the device 1-2 times.
In the SIM card manager, the available SIM lines and SIM lines are displayed along with the Active switch on the phone.
In the main SIM card menu, set the line for mobile data to eSIM.
Kindly ensure that data roaming is enabled to activate the eSIM connection.
Ensure your device is connected to the network when downloading the eSIM, as each QR code can only be downloaded and installed once. We recommend downloading and activating it in advance before departure.
If your eSIM has been successfully installed, please ensure that data roaming for the eSIM is enabled; otherwise, you may not be able to connect.
In case of any connectivity issues, please first check whether data roaming is turned on.
