Encountered Issues with KYC

Currently, among the countries and regions supported by XPIN eSIM services, only Hong Kong and Taiwan require KYC. If the KYC link does not automatically appear when you activate your eSIM service, you can click to undergo KYC verification.

eSIM Setting - Android

After setting to eSIM data, reboot the device 1-2 times.

  1. In the SIM card manager, the available SIM lines and SIM lines are displayed along with the Active switch on the phone.

  2. In the main SIM card menu, set the line for mobile data to eSIM.

  3. Kindly ensure that data roaming is enabled to activate the eSIM connection.
