If you have purchased the XPIN eSIM service but have not yet activated your eSIM on your device, XPIN will reserve your eSIM free of charge for 90 days until you activate your eSIM card.
After you activate your XPIN eSIM, you can use the purchased eSIM data for 30 days. After 30 days, your eSIM service will expire regardless of whether you have used up your data or not.
If you wish to avoid your eSIM service from expiring, you can renew your eSIM. Each renewal will add an additional 90-day activation retention period and a 30-day data validity period for your eSIM.
Expiration Handling:
If you have not activated your eSIM within 90 days, or have used your eSIM data for 30 days and have not renewed, XPIN will treat your eSIM service as "expired," and you will not be able to use the service. You can always repurchase the XPIN eSIM service in at any time.
