Activation Guide

  • The activation process varies for iOS and Android. Please follow the instructions based on your phone's operating system.

  • Ensure your device is connected to the network when downloading the eSIM, as each QR code can only be downloaded and installed once. We recommend downloading and activating it in advance before departure.

  • Once you arrive at your destination and are ready to use the network, go to your phone settings and enable the eSIM option.
